Irish Beach House

Oceans Vista has an open concept living, dining and kitchen area with vaulted open beam ceilings and huge windows with amazing views. We have recently completed a full renovation of the ocean view side of the house and a the master bathroom. All furnishings in the home are brand new including luxurious mattresses on all of the beds. The kitchen is fully equipped and well appointed with brand new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Whether you enjoy coffee, tea, wine or all of the above...Irish Beach House has something for you. A Cuisinart dual coffee maker and Keurig is provided with coffee and supplies. An instant kettle and tea are also provided. Enjoy a complementary bottle of wine to enjoy while sitting on the deck taking in the amazing views. Enjoy ocean views from the master bedroom as well as an electric fireplace. It is furnished with a king bed and hotel collection linens. The master also has an ensuite bathroom with walk in shower and a soaking tub that has ocean views. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin over full bunk. The third bedroom boasts a king bed. The home is perfect for families or groups traveling together. Our driveway is very steep. The garage is available for parking. There is a slightly sloped grassy spot at the top of the driveway that has room for one car. Please do not park in front of (or on) the neighbors yard. We have a Level 2 universal EV charger for guest use in the garage. The charger is a Grizzl-e Charger with a: Connection Type 1 SAE J 1772. Accessibility: There are many sets of stairs throughout the house as well as on the exterior. Our home is not suitable for those with limited mobility. Families with Children: We would love to welcome your family to enjoy the beautiful space, but please note that the home sits on a bluff and does not have a fenced yard or outdoor area on the property (aside from a deck and patio) that is situated for for playing. Cleanliness is a top priority and our cleaning fee helps to ensure that the home is thoroughly cleaned between each guest.

PET RULES: We have our own furry members of the family and would love to welcome yours, but we ask that you follow these rules: • 2 Dogs Max • Do not leave pet in house without owner present. • If your pet is allowed on the furniture at their home, we understand that it is impossible to keep them off the furniture in our home. Please use the furniture protector pads and sheets provided if your furry friend insists on joining you on the couch or chairs. Please NO PETS ON BEDS. • Please pick up your pet waste • The community has leash regulations. Please feel free to let your pet out into the front courtyard with the gate closed. Do not let your pets out on the bluff side without a leash. • Must be House Trained. No puppies or indoor pee mats.
